  • Strong deal leadership: improve win rates through discovery and messaging.
  • Experience selling into complex environments (security/compliance/legal).
  • Bonus: AI product selling or vertical SaaS/workflow automation.
  • Has built teams in high-growth environments and can recruit top performers.
