  • Establish LATAM GTM motion across LATAM including Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia
  • Build the first LATAM sales motion from the ground up (outbound, pipeline, forecast, partners)
  • Hire, onboard, and coach LATAM AEs/SDRs; act as player-coach
  • Engage in early pipeline development and deal strategy; set cadence

🎯 Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish; Portuguese strongly preferred and improving quickly
  • 6+ years selling B2B SaaS in high-velocity, transactional envs
  • Proven success building/leading early-stage sales teams or regional expansions
  • Strong player-coach instincts; jump into live deals and model execution
  • Sound judgment in ambiguity; decide, test assumptions, adjust fast
  • Cross-functional collaboration with SDRs, Solutions Eng, Marketing, and partners
