📋 Description

  • Own and scale the SE function across West/Central U.S.; lead four SEs.
  • Partner with GTM leadership to drive revenue via technical engagements and partnerships.
  • Engage customers and partners; connect needs with CloudZero capabilities and platform.
  • Evolve SE processes and tooling to support a rapidly scaling SaaS org.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and CS to refine messaging and proofs.

  • Be a cultural leader and multiplier across the go-to-market team.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in Sales Engineering or Technical Pre-Sales.
  • 4+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven success leading SE teams in high-growth B2B SaaS (Cloud/DevOps/FinOps).
  • Deep understanding of cloud infra (AWS, GCP, Azure) with credibility.
  • Operational rigor: measure impact, forecast SE coverage, design programs for scale.
  • Collaborative, growth-minded; develop people and create clarity.
