🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years relevant experience, including 5+ leading SDR teams.
  • 4+ years inside sales experience.
  • Experience leading teams across countries, languages, and time zones.
  • Experience with high-volume outbound, phone-based lead gen.
  • Proven ability to work with Sales leadership for outcomes.
  • Experience with technical hi-tech products.
  • Process-oriented in lead management.
  • Experience in channel-based company; IT channel understanding.
