  • Defining outbound strategy for the Sales Development organization.
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to the SDR team.
  • Coach and mentor SDRs and junior Leaders, driving pipeline goals.
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance SDR effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with regional Sales Leaders to improve pipeline quality and quantity.
  • Work with Growth, Revenue Ops, and Enablement on lead strategies and training materials.
  • Regularly report on metrics to improve qualification and engagement.
  • Proactively manage performance of direct reports and advise on sub-team performance.
  • Hire, onboard, and develop SDR and leadership talent.
  • Foster a culture of high performance and continuous learning.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Experienced in second-line leadership focused on APAC prospecting.
  • Track record of pipeline generation via outbound channels.
  • Strong sales acumen; closing experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, or similar.
  • Passion for hiring, onboarding, and mentoring SDR and leadership talent.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in Sales & Growth.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from ideation to execution.
  • Proven ability to analyze data to identify trends and act on them.
  • Remote-work experience not required but a plus.
