- Experienced in second-line leadership focused on APAC prospecting.
- Track record of pipeline generation via outbound channels.
- Strong sales acumen; closing experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, or similar.
- Passion for hiring, onboarding, and mentoring SDR and leadership talent.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in Sales & Growth.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from ideation to execution.
- Proven ability to analyze data to identify trends and act on them.
- Remote-work experience not required but a plus.
