  • Passion for hiring, onboarding, mentoring SDR/Leaders.
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders in Sales & Growth.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives from ideation to execution.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and SDR performance.
  • Remote-work experience not required but a plus.
