  • Proficiency with a robust tech stack: Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or similar (Sales Navigator).
  • Passion for hiring, onboarding, and mentoring SDR and Leadership talent.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders (Sales & Growth).
