- Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying.
- Proficiency with sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Salesforce, Gong).
- Strong analytical skills; pipeline metrics, conversion data, territory models.
- Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities; developing early-career reps.
- Outstanding English communication; additional Asian languages a plus.
- Nice to Have: MEDDPICC/Challenger or value-based selling; automation/AI background.
