- 5+ years leading BDR/SDR or New Business teams with enterprise focus; in-office and remote.
- Strong closing experience preferred (former AE/Account Manager or hybrid IC/management).
- Experience with account-based marketing/selling strategies and tools.
- Strong analytical skills with sophisticated prospecting systems.
- Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and AI-driven prospecting tools.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
