  • Proven success hitting/exceeding pipeline and revenue quotas with YoY improvements.
  • Strategic, operational mindset; translate goals into executable roadmaps.
  • Deep understanding of outbound motions, metrics, indicators of success.
  • Cross-functional collaborator across Sales, Marketing, RevOps.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and Looker.
