🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in channel partnerships, KOL/IB management, or BD at fintech/crypto.
- Verifiable network of active finance/crypto KOLs, IBs, and content partners.
- Deep understanding of traditional assets and asset tokenization.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to design incentive structures.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, covering Chinese-speaking and international markets.
- Hands-on, ownership mindset, with quarterly partnership targets.
