Senior Manager, RevOps Systems Architecture

📋 Description

• Translate RevOps strategy into executable architectural programs.
• Own end-to-end architecture roadmap for GTM domains.
• Ensure consistency, scalability, and technical excellence across teams.
• Partner with Director on trade-offs, sequencing, and investments.
• Lead RevOps Systems Managers on prioritization and design quality.
• Govern data governance, identity resolution, and system observability.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years experience in RevOps, Business Systems, or GTM Architecture.
• 3+ years leading managers or senior ICs in systems, architecture, or operations.
• Salesforce CPQ; Sales/Service Cloud, marketing automation, and ERP experience.
• Proven success scaling GTM systems in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management; strategic yet hands-on.
• Salesforce CPQ or similar Quote-to-Cash certification.
