🎯 Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in Sales Ops/Revenue Ops/Deal Desk/Finance Ops with ownership of comp calculations and pricing.
  • Obsessive about accuracy; build complex models with checks and audits.
  • Highly organized; manage deadlines, track requests, and inform stakeholders.
  • Very analytical: advanced spreadsheets (array formulas, index/match/xlookup), SQL; AI usage.
  • Self-driven; identify process debt and improve underlying architecture without direction.
  • Clear communication with Sales, Finance, and Legal; comfortable navigating a Deal Desk.
