- Obsessive about accuracy; build complex models with checks and audits.
- Highly organized; manage deadlines, track requests, and inform stakeholders.
- Very analytical: advanced spreadsheets (array formulas, index/match/xlookup), SQL; AI usage.
- Self-driven; identify process debt and improve underlying architecture without direction.
- Clear communication with Sales, Finance, and Legal; comfortable navigating a Deal Desk.
