  • Develop and execute regional NA revenue ops strategy and plans.
  • Build and document end-to-end revenue processes from lead to retention.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Finance to define KPIs and dashboards.
  • Design, operationalize, and administer revenue, commission, and compensation frameworks.
  • Select and optimize the NA CRM, forecasting, and tools.
  • Establish regional admin and support for commercial tools, with training and docs.
  • Lead and support change management for new processes and incentives.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in revenue ops, sales ops, or related analytics for B2B GTM.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end sales and customer lifecycle processes.
  • Proven data analytics to diagnose performance and drive operational change.
  • Ability to build and improve processes in high-growth, with strong PM skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration with sales/commercial leaders.
  • Strong business acumen and structured problem solving.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
