Improve visibility for finance leadership into platform accounts and initiatives.
Design, implement, document, and review controls with the SOX program.
Build relationships with payments, compliance, legal, and finance teams.
Lead the Revenue Operations team; ensure close deadlines.
Mentor staff in accounting, GAAP, and documentation best practices.

🎯 Requirements

12+ years in finance and accounting; multinational leadership.
6+ years in tech/payments/marketplaces/hospitality in high growth.
CPA or equivalent; Big 4 experience a plus.
Strong US GAAP knowledge; able to operationalize standards.
ERP experience: Oracle, SAP, Workday.
Excel; SQL and Tableau a plus.
