Senior Manager, Revenue FP&A

📋 Description

• Elevate revenue and ARR forecasting accuracy with checks and version control
• Build a high-performing team through individualized growth plans
• Establish strategic partnerships across GTM functions and joint initiatives
• Lead cross-functional planning cycles for Sales and RevOps
• Implement ARR model checks and roadmap enhancements (6–12 months)
• Additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years FP&A experience and 3+ years of people management
• Experience in SaaS models with scaling via a Sales-led motion
• Familiarity with B2B/SaaS lifecycle, KPIs, and conversion points
• Experience using FP&A tools (e.g., Adaptive, Netsuite)
• Strong analytical and financial skills; forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to executives
