  • Design and manage our Revenue Enablement roadmap aligned to company growth.
  • Create and own 30/60/90 onboarding to reduce time-to-productivity.
  • Define and roll out a standard sales process, methodology, and Findigs Playbook.
  • Establish post-onboarding enablement strategy, training, and calendar.
  • Develop manager training to boost productivity and growth.
  • Create internal assets to train and upskill the revenue team.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in high-growth B2B SaaS sales; enablement & quota-carrying.
  • Proven Zero-to-One enablement from scratch.
  • Familiar with MEDDICC/Challenger; able to implement.
  • Hands-on with Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, LMS, CMS.
  • Experience using AI tools to drive enablement.
  • Ability to spot funnel gaps and build targeted training.
