- 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, enablement, operations, or related field.
- Proven ability to build and execute enablement programs that drive revenue.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Data-driven mindset with insights to inform training and coaching.
- Experience cross-functional with Sales, Marketing, CX, and Product.
- Ability to influence without authority and drive accountability across ICs and managers.
