  • Revenue Onboarding & Role Readiness - Design, deliver, and improve onboarding programs for AEs, SDRs, SEs, and Partner Managers.
  • Ongoing Enablement Programs - Own a cadence with weekly highlights, regular sales meetings, and learning sessions.
  • Coaching & Performance Improvement - Partner with managers to reinforce coaching frameworks and in-the-moment enablement.
  • Process Design & GTM Execution - Define and roll out scalable revenue lifecycle processes.
  • Enablement Content & Resource Development - Create and maintain role-based playbooks and training materials.
  • AI & Insights Enablement - Identify AI-driven insights to boost rep productivity and messaging.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, enablement, operations, or related field.
  • Proven ability to build and execute enablement programs that drive revenue.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with insights to inform training and coaching.
  • Experience cross-functional with Sales, Marketing, CX, and Product.
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive accountability across ICs and managers.
