- Lead global revenue recognition and reporting under ASC 606, incl NetSuite ARM.
- Lead billing, AR, collections, and credit functions for a remote/distributed team.
- Manage invoicing in NetSuite with correct sales tax, VAT, and withholding.
- Oversee monthly close for revenue, deferred revenue, contract costs, and AR.
- Drive continuous improvement of revenue and AR processes to scale.
- Maintain and document revenue recognition, contract cost, AR policies and controls.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
- 7+ years accounting experience, ideally in SaaS.
- Deep ASC 606 experience with complex contracts.
- Experience with capitalized contract costs under ASC 340-40.
- Hands-on NetSuite experience, including Advanced Revenue Management.
- Strong accounts receivable and billing management experience.
