🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CA preferred
- 8–12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including deep revenue accounting
- Strong knowledge of ASC 606 and SaaS/fintech revenue models
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with incomplete information
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical accounting concepts to non-accounting partners
