Senior Manager, Reimbursement - Central (remote)

📋 Description

• NTAP Implementation Support: advise on hospital billing, charge master, UB-04 forms.
• Reimbursement Support: help sales with coding, coverage, and payment policies.
• HEOR Activities: analyze cost data; support value messaging to accounts.
• Stakeholder Engagement: build relations with hospitals and insurers; provide educational resources.
• Reimbursement Compliance: ensure adherence to regulations; monitor changes.
• Coding, Coverage, and Reimbursement: analyze denials; improve documentation and coding.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
• 3+ years in healthcare reimbursement; inpatient devices/pharma preferred.
• 2+ years in customer-facing roles (sales/account mgmt).
• Inpatient/outpatient coding and billing knowledge; pediatric/neonatal preferred.
• Understanding of charge master and UB-04 forms.
• Familiarity with NTAP and reimbursement processes.
