PMO owner of internal processes for the global regulatory compliance program.
Oversee regulatory reporting as primary point of contact with Operations & Engineering.
Define and track metrics and KPIs for the team and regulators.
Support on-site exams and inspections as PMO.
Manage regulatory risk reporting within the Enterprise Risk Management framework and escalation (Group Risk Committee).
Lead proactive special ops projects to unlock strategic business or operational issues.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Compliance, Law, Risk or Governance.
At least 5 years in legal, risk or compliance and 10 years total experience.
PMO experience in Legal, Risk or Compliance within fintech, payments, or financial services.
Experience developing governance frameworks, policies, and procedures globally or regionally.
Familiarity with governance tools and AI-driven process optimization.
Hands-on mentality with execution in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
