🎯 Requirements

Law degree and active OAB membership.
8+ years in regulated financial institution, fintech, or legal/consulting.
Currently an approved officer or eligible to be approved by the Central Bank of Brazil.
Familiarity with Brazilian and Americas financial regs and best practices.
Data proficiency for strategic decision-making.
Must be Brazilian national or right to work; fluent Portuguese and English.
