  • Lead HK T&S Sales & Account Management teams (4 direct reports) to meet targets.
  • Build the team by recruiting, developing, motivating and coaching members.
  • Manage team performance by enforcing KPIs.
  • Define and implement Country GTM plan as part of regional strategy.
  • Be an active ambassador for Convera in the Hong Kong business community.
  • Coordinate with Ops, Risk, Finance, HR, Compliance, and Product for delivery.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in sales or client relationships, preferably B2B, with 3+ years leadership.
  • Deep understanding of FX markets and products.
  • Proven Sales/CRM track record in financial services.
  • Ability to influence and inspire others to achieve goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hong Kong citizen or permanent resident.
