  • Provide strategic guidance to launch, optimize, and scale campaigns.

  • 5+ years in digital advertising; 3+ years in client-facing/account management.
  • Strong programmatic experience: DSPs, ad exchanges, ad servers, optimization platforms.
  • Experience managing CPA, CPC, and CPM campaigns.
  • Mentoring or leading account teams in fast-paced settings.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with project management and prioritization.
