Senior Manager, Provider Partnerships

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a provider partnerships team; coach and mentor.
• Design scalable processes, workflows, and onboarding; create SOPs.
• Analyze ops gaps; implement solutions to boost efficiency and provider satisfaction.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape provider strategy and goals.
• Establish, monitor, and report KPIs and SLAs for team and network.
• Resolve complex provider issues; conduct field visits for coaching.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; professional experience may substitute.
• 5+ years in provider relations, network management, or health plan ops.
• 2+ years direct team management; remote leadership.
• Proven ability to design and optimize operational processes.
• Proven ability to build trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Track record of on-time completion of complex processes.
