Drive strategy and end-to-end implementation for provider-experience programs.
Collaborate cross-functionally to manage complex project plans and outcomes.

Report to the Director, Strategic Planning.
Hybrid NYC-based role with 3 in-office days per week.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

🎯 Requirements

6+ years experience in strategy and operations
Healthcare experience (health insurance, health systems, or consulting)
4+ years in product management and program management
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements in programs
Knowledge of U.S. health insurance models and provider-experience initiatives
PMP or other program-management certification
