  • Set up and launch programmatic campaigns across DSPs.
  • Manage ad trafficking in DCM; guide floodlight/tracking for new advertisers.
  • Monitor in-flight pacing, budgets, optimizations and results.
  • Troubleshoot trafficking issues: creative/publisher impl; escalate to vendors.
  • Create reports and data-driven recommendations to optimize KPIs.
  • Measure impact using quantitative and qualitative metrics.
  • Present recaps and insights to strategic planners and client teams.
  • Provide subject-matter expertise on programmatic campaigns across platforms.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 4-5 years digital marketing with 2+ years in programmatic media buying.
  • Experience with DV360, The Trade Desk, or Amazon DSP.
  • Experience presenting programmatic media performance and strategy to clients.
  • Experience managing publisher, media, and data vendor partnerships.
  • Passion for data analysis and Excel.
  • HTML, JavaScript and Flash technical skills.
