Senior Manager – Program Management, Information Security

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of InfoSec programs and roadmaps.
• Establish and maintain program plans, milestones, risks, and metrics.
• Track progress, surface risks early, drive timely delivery.
• Provide executive updates and dashboards to CISO and leadership.
• Liaise with Product, Engineering, and Infrastructure to drive results.
• Remediate findings from scans, audits, and pentests with engineering.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Program Management or related roles.
• 6+ years supporting Information Security, Technology Risk, or Engineering-led programs.
• Strong experience managing cross-functional, multi-threaded initiatives in complex enterprises.
• Experience coordinating external vendors, consultants, or security service providers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting.
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent (nice to have).
