🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years leading a globally distributed L&D team.
- 6+ years in L&D with product, sales enablement and systems training.
- Ability to work across multiple time zones with distributed teams.
- Experience scaling global training functions across regions.
- Proficiency with Articulate 360, Zoom, and e-learning.
- Excellent communication to influence executives and technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills using data to drive learning outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR/OD/Education or related field (preferred).
