Senior Manager, Product & Systems Learning

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a globally distributed product & systems learning team.
• Own end-to-end learning programs from needs analysis to delivery and impact.
• Bridge Product, Operations, Commercial and cross-functional teams for knowledge transfer.
• Develop materials across modalities: virtual classrooms, ILT, e-learning, hands-on.
• Define and track metrics to measure ROI and address performance gaps.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years leading a globally distributed L&D team.
• 6+ years in L&D with product, sales enablement and systems training.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones with distributed teams.
• Experience scaling global training functions across regions.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360, Zoom, and e-learning.
• Excellent communication to influence executives and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills using data to drive learning outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/OD/Education or related field (preferred).
