- Define and improve the Product operating model, cycles, governance, leadership cadences

🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in Product Operations, Strategy & Operations, PM, or related tech field
- Experience building and scaling operating models, planning, governance, or portfolio mgmt
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Product, Eng, Design, Data, and business teams
- Experience developing KPI frameworks, dashboards, or portfolio visibility for execs
- Strong understanding of product lifecycles, roadmaps, prioritization, operating rhythms
- Experience working with senior leaders in fast-paced, high-growth environments
