🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in health insurance product mgmt or related field
- Experience building or maturing product mgmt processes, governance, or operating models
- Familiarity with health insurance lifecycle: filings, design, underwriting, go-to-market
- Strong cross-functional alignment across actuarial, compliance, operations, and tech
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MPH preferred
- Experience with small group level-funded insurance products
