Senior Manager, Product Solutions Architecture

📋 Description

• Onboard, train, enable, and certify partner tech resources.
• Participate in joint business planning to align Datadog and partner teams.
• Collaborate to support partner initiatives such as demos, proofs of value, and enablement workshops.
• Advocate for Partners’ technical concerns with Datadog teams to drive resolution.
• Analyze partner offerings and recommend improvements to boost Datadog adoption.
• Work with product, engineering, and technical services to identify and prioritize new features.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid technical grounding with hands-on IT development/ops.
• 10-15 years in customer/partner-facing technical roles.
• Strong presentation skills; able to articulate Datadog value.
• Self-starter with business acumen; communicates across levels.
• Experience in two+ areas: Observability, Cloud, Containers, Scripting, Config Mgmt, CI/CD.
• Bonus: channel partner experience and Datadog knowledge.
