🎯 Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading a product security team, hiring and coaching.
- Broad technical grounding in at least two areas: AppSec, Cloud/Infra, OffSec, or Vulnerability Management.
- Hands-on secure SDLC: threat modelling, design reviews, and CI/CD tooling.
- Ruthless prioritization: focus on high-impact risk over low-value compliance.
- Cross-functional partnerships with engineering, product, and platform teams.
- Clear, direct communication to senior leadership without jargon.
