- Test and iterate quickly within large-scale cash programs to generate evidence.
🎯 Requirements
- 8-10+ years designing or leading graduation, economic inclusion, or cash-plus programs.
- Direct experience building or scaling digital coaching products (chatbots, apps, edutainment).
- Strong PM skills; cross-country coordination and stakeholder mgmt.
- Experience co-developing products with governments or multilateral partners.
- Familiar with AI-enabled tools, WhatsApp delivery, IVR, or digital learning platforms.
- English required; French preferred.
- Willing to travel 1-2 times per quarter.
