  • Proven track record building competitive programs and insights.
  • Experience owning messaging and customer-facing collateral.
  • Excellent communicator; tailor messaging by persona and channel.
  • Lead cross-functional change across Product, Legal, Finance, Sales, CS.
  • Analytical and action-oriented; bias for execution and ownership.
