Senior Manager, Product Design

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of designers (Senior and mid-level)
• Own design delivery across your team – quality, pacing, predictability
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define scope and priorities
• Ensure UX is influencing direction, not reacting to requirements
• Enforce a clear definition of done and surface risks early
• Drive design reviews and ensure outputs are structured and unambiguous

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in user research, including 2+ years managing researchers
• Proven track record of driving product decisions through research
• Experience working closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams
• Strong ability to translate insights into clear recommendations
• Experience operating in fast-paced, product-driven environments
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
