Senior Manager, Product Data Science

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a data science team; hire, coach, and grow talent.
• Shape product strategy with data and AI; partner with Product to guide roadmaps.
• Develop metrics and monitoring; track initiatives with AI-native measurement.
• Support experimentation and decision-making; run A/B tests and funnel analyses.
• Balance strategic and hands-on impact; refine analyses for business relevance.
• Influence senior leadership; present clear insights and trade-offs.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in data science with 4+ years managing teams.
• Deep product analytics experience in SaaS/product-led contexts.
• Strong coding skills, AI tools knowledge, stats, and mentoring.
• Strategic business acumen; translate insights to product goals.
• Executive communication; present to senior stakeholders with actionable recommendations.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.
• ML in product contexts (personalization, churn, segmentation) a plus.
• Experience with multi-product SaaS and lifecycle analytics.
