🎯 Requirements
- 8-10+ years designing/leading graduation, economic inclusion, or cash-plus programs.
- Experience building scalable digital coaching products (chatbots, apps).
- Deep familiarity with the graduation evidence base and coaching methods.
- Strong PM skills; juggle internal teams, country programs, and vendors.
- Translate behavioral concepts into scalable operational systems.
- Excellent written communication and strategic thinking.
- English, French preferred.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools, WhatsApp delivery, IVR.
