Senior Manager, Procurement Operations - Hardware

📋 Description

• Own procurement operations for assigned hardware business unit(s).
• Redesign workflows and operating rhythms to scale without headcount growth.
• Lead end-to-end hardware procurement from request intake to invoice-readiness.
• Align with hardware stakeholders to clarify requirements and unblock work.
• Ensure requests and POs are complete, policy-aligned, and data-driven.
• Build scalable workflows, automation, and AI-enabled process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in procurement operations, P2P, or related roles in hardware or complex goods.
• Strong understanding of fiscal controls, invoicing, accruals, and audit-ready docs.
• Experience with ERP/ticketing/workflow tools (Zip, Oracle, Coupa, SAP, NetSuite, Jira, ServiceNow).
• Ability to balance speed with controls and adapt to evolving policies.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with Finance, Legal, Security, AP, and Systems teams.
• Data-driven approach to improve cycle time, PO quality, and downstream financial accuracy.
• Operator-builder mindset to translate patterns into scalable workflows and tools.
