🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in procurement operations and intake/triage management.
- Led HelpDesk or centralized intake programs.
- Understand procurement lifecycle across S2C, P2P, EWF, and T&E.
- Strong prioritization and problem-solving in high-volume environments.
- Experience with Zip, Jira, Oracle, Navan, or similar systems.
- Data-driven; build dashboards to track SLAs, cycle times, and trends.
- Experience with AI/automation tools; prep intake for AI-driven triage.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, executives, suppliers, and tech teams.
