  • Own end-to-end resolution across Procurement (S2C, P2P, EWF, T&E).
  • Manage centralized intake system; ensure clean data capture and routing.
  • Review requests for completeness and urgency; escalate high-risk matters.
  • Enforce and improve SLAs and cycle-time metrics; regular reporting to leadership.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and suppliers to close feedback loops.
  • Based in SF; hybrid model (3 days in office/week); relocation assistance.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in procurement operations and intake/triage management.
  • Led HelpDesk or centralized intake programs.
  • Understand procurement lifecycle across S2C, P2P, EWF, and T&E.
  • Strong prioritization and problem-solving in high-volume environments.
  • Experience with Zip, Jira, Oracle, Navan, or similar systems.
  • Data-driven; build dashboards to track SLAs, cycle times, and trends.
  • Experience with AI/automation tools; prep intake for AI-driven triage.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, executives, suppliers, and tech teams.
