Senior Manager, Procurement

📋 Description

• Develop and lead indirect spend sourcing strategies across warehousing, packaging, and facilities.
• Balance cost, service, speed, and innovation in procurement to meet business needs.
• Partner with stakeholders to align sourcing priorities with business goals.
• Deliver cost savings and value while mitigating risk via structured sourcing.
• Establish strategic vendor relationships that drive performance and innovation.
• Lead negotiations focusing on total cost of ownership, flexibility, and value.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in indirect sourcing and procurement; ideally in retail.
• Proven success in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and complex negotiations.
• Strong relationship builder with high EQ and executive presence.
• Excellent communicator with strong data analytics and storytelling.
• Proven ability to operate strategically and tactically; able to deliver.
• High capacity to move quickly in a fast-paced org.
• Experience making procurement functions stronger and more systemic.
• Proficiency in procurement systems; experience with eProcurement platforms a plus.
