Senior Manager, Procurement

📋 Description

• Lead a SOX-compliant global procurement infrastructure aligned to strategy and regulatory needs.
• Collaborate with business units to identify strategic vendors and lead Tier 1 contract negotiations.
• Partner with Legal, IT, and Compliance to align contract terms with objectives.
• Track Capex budgets vs actuals to ensure ROI and timelines.
• Serve as gatekeeper for global spend, aligning with FP&A targets.
• Coordinate with Finance to ensure capitalization and asset tracking.
• Manage vendor onboarding with due diligence and risk assessments.
• Manage the vendor lifecycle with performance monitoring, SLA reviews, and renewals.
• Rank vendors by criticality and ensure contingency plans meet business continuity.
• Provide spend intelligence giving leadership a 360-degree view of outflows, leakage, and savings.
• Oversee procurement system to maintain one source of truth for spend data.
• Conduct market analysis and price benchmarking for competitive positioning.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and security standards in sourcing.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing in fintech/regulated financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in sourcing, vendor negotiations, procurement ops, and third-party risk management.
• Understanding of governance, data privacy, security controls, internal controls, and compliance in financial services.
• Sourcing for software, cloud services, IT, and professional services.
• Negotiation, vendor management, and contract management.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Balance agility with risk management; sound judgment under pressure.
• Excellent English and stakeholder management.
• Interest in Crypto and digital assets growth.
• Hands-on, collaborative team player.
