- Own and lead full P2P lifecycle: procurement, vendor onboarding, invoices, payments.
- Design, implement, and improve procurement and AP policies and internal controls.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, expenses, and vendor payments.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive purchasing discipline and policy compliance.
- Oversee vendor onboarding, doc compliance (W-9s, contracts, payment terms), and master data.
- Drive adoption of NetSuite and Ramp (or similar systems); identify inefficiencies and scalable solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 8+ years in procurement operations or P2P.
- At least 2 years of management experience.
- Adaptable to frequent changes in business environment.
- Strong understanding of purchasing controls, vendor management, and disbursement processes.
- Experience improving or implementing procurement systems; Ramp P2P strongly preferred but not required.
