- Develop and own KPIs; set goals; oversee measurement and reporting for EMEA SeatGeekIQ.
- Define, measure, and execute tactical and strategic goals for business and product.
- Manage portfolios across events/markets; implement, monitor, rebalance; asset pricing and trading.
- Create and deliver pitches; synthesize deal terms with Finance and Legal; negotiate with prospects.
- Own and monitor risk limits and portfolio volatility; guide portfolio and risk management strategies.
- Develop external client relationships; own issues on portfolios and trading.
🎯 Requirements
- BS/MS/PhD in quantitative field (Physics/Math/Statistics/Engineering) or MBA
- 6+ years trading financial instruments with P&L ownership at hedge funds/banks
- 3+ years of sales, account management, or other client-facing experience
- Excel and SQL fluency (Python preferred)
- Fast-paced environment; able to think clearly under pressure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
