- Define, measure, and execute tactical and strategic goals for the business.
- Manage portfolios across events/markets; pricing, trading, reporting.
- Create pitches; synthesize terms with Finance/Legal; negotiate with prospects.
- Communicate statuses to stakeholders; own deadlines and deliverables.
- Guide portfolio/risk management strategy development and execution.
🎯 Requirements
- BS/MS/PhD in quantitative fields (Physics/Math/Statistics/Engineering) or MBA
- 6+ years trading financial instruments with P&L ownership (hedge fund/bank/prop trading)
- 3+ years sales/client-facing experience
- Fluency in Excel and SQL; Python preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel to clients as needed
