🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Env Studies; MBA a plus.
- 5+ years in renewable energy finance or asset management with tax equity.
- Knowledge of partnership flips, preferred equity, funding mechanics, tax compliance.
- Experience managing portfolios of complex investments, amendments, consents.
- Strong communication; board-level reporting and sponsor/investor engagement.
- FINRA SIE and Series 79 required or willing within 90 days; Excel/SQL/Python.
