Senior Manager, Portfolio Management

📋 Description

• Support post-close investment management: funding mechanics and sponsor/investor interactions.
• Design scalable portfolio oversight for renewable energy tax equity.
• Build portfolio management infrastructure: processes, workflows, reporting.
• Collaborate across teams; adopt AI-enabled workflows; engage sponsors and investors.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Env Studies; MBA a plus.
• 5+ years in renewable energy finance or asset management with tax/preferred equity exposure.
• Strong knowledge of partnership flips, preferred equity, funding, and tax compliance.
• Experience managing portfolios of complex investments, including amendments and restructurings.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented; able to manage multiple workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; board-level reporting.
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, Python; BI tools.
• Comfort leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve monitoring and reporting.
• FINRA Series 79 and 63 required or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Experience with institutional investors valued.
