Lead delivery within defined scope; escalate when expanded scope is required.
Streamline reporting; maintain dashboards and KPIs for stakeholders.
Facilitate upward communication with sponsors, executives, boards, and CFGI leadership.
Build strong client relationships; deliver exceptional service.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in PM, finance/tech transformation, or professional services.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, Scrum.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and time management.
Ability to engage stakeholders from operations to C-suite.
Proven success delivering large-scale transformation and PMO engagements.
Familiar with ERP tech (SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite).
