🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years in management.
- Experience leading platform, infrastructure, or backend teams.
- Demonstrated experience scaling a consumer product, UGC, or marketplace to millions.
- Experience designing and operating distributed systems, APIs, and service-oriented architectures.
- Experience operating production systems with high availability and performance requirements.
- Bonus: Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), data pipelines, and event-driven systems.
